This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from www.namika.in, operated by Namika Creations, a Sole Proprietorship having its registered address at Shop No. 2, H. No. 17, Bhagat Colony, Burari, Delhi – 110084 (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By placing an order, you (“Customer”, “You”) agree to the terms stated below.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (72-HOUR WINDOW)
We accept returns only within 72 hours of delivery, and only in genuine cases as defined below.
A return request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@namika.in with complete details.
2. VALID REASONS FOR RETURN
A return request will be considered only if the customer receives:
- A wrong product, or
- A missing product, or
- A product that is damaged at the time of delivery, or
- A manufacturing defect
Mandatory Requirement
An unboxing video is compulsory for all return claims.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- Opening of the package
- The product and the issue
❗ Return requests without a valid unboxing video will be rejected.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Products purchased under Sale, Discount, Clearance, or Promotional Offers
- Change of mind
- Liking or disliking the product
- Slight colour or finish variations (normal in jewellery)
- Size or fit issues
- Products that are used, worn, tried on, or tampered with
- Products damaged after delivery
- Damage caused due to perfume, deodorant, sweat, chemicals, or rough usage
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
4. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, boxes, tags, and freebies must be intact
- Product must pass internal quality inspection
Namika Creations reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of use, tampering, damage, or misuse.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
No cash refunds or alternate bank transfers are permitted.
5.2 Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after return approval.
- Actual credit time depends on the payment gateway or bank.
Namika Creations is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment partners.
5.3 Deductions
The following may be deducted from the refund amount:
- Shipping charges (non-refundable)
- Reverse pickup or return shipping charges
- COD charges (if applicable)
- Damage deductions if product condition differs from original
6. NO EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
Customers are requested to place a fresh order if required.
7. WARRANTY-RELATED RETURNS
Certain Anti-Tarnish / Waterproof Jewellery products carry a 6-month colour warranty, subject to proper use.
Warranty does not apply if tarnishing occurs due to:
- Perfume or deodorant
- Sweat or body moisture
- Chemicals or detergent
- Improper storage or rough handling
Warranty claims are handled as per our Warranty Policy and do not guarantee refunds.
8. RETURN SHIPPING
- Reverse pickup is subject to service availability.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must self-ship the product to our address.
- Customer bears the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
- Namika Creations is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
9. FRAUD & MISUSE PREVENTION
We reserve the right to:
- Reject repeated or suspicious return requests
- Block accounts involved in abuse of policies
- Refuse service to customers engaging in fraudulent claims or chargebacks
Such actions may be reported under applicable Indian laws.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
