This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, shipped, and delivered by Namika Creations, Shop No. 2, H. No. 17, Bhagat Colony, Burari, Delhi – 110084 (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By placing an order on www.namika.in, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
1.1 All orders are processed in-house within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
1.2 During high-order periods (sales, festivals, promotions), processing time may extend by 1–2 additional days.
1.3 Orders once packed or shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
2. SHIPPING PARTNERS
We ship through trusted third-party courier partners (including but not limited to):
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- Xpressbees
- DTDC
- India Post
Namika Creations reserves the right to choose the courier partner based on service availability, pincode, and operational feasibility.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Certain promotional periods may offer free shipping at our discretion.
4. DELIVERY TIMELINES
4.1 Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–8 business days
- Remote / Limited-service Areas: 7–12 business days
4.2 These are estimated timelines. Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather disruptions
- Operational issues
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- High order volume
- Festival seasons or public holidays
Namika Creations is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.
5. TRACKING INFORMATION
5.1 Once shipped, customers receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
5.2 Tracking updates depend entirely on the courier company’s system.
5.3 If tracking is not updated for 48 hours, customers are requested to wait or contact us.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
6.1 Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
6.2 If the customer is unreachable, unavailable, or refuses delivery, the package will be marked as RTO (Return-to-Origin).
6.3 In such cases:
- Reshipment charges will apply
- Refund will not be issued for prepaid orders
- COD (if applicable) will not be reattempted
7. WRONG ADDRESS / INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Wrong landmark
- Non-serviceable area
- Customer unavailability
Namika Creations is not responsible for loss, delay, or RTO.
8. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
8.1 All shipments are quality-checked and packed securely.
8.2 If a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A mandatory unboxing video,
- Clear images of the damage.
Without unboxing video proof, no damage claim will be accepted.
9. LOST PACKAGES
If a courier partner confirms a package as lost, Namika Creations will offer:
- Replacement, OR
- Refund (only if the product is out of stock)
No compensation will be given for delays, inconvenience, or emotional distress.
10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
As of now, we do not offer international shipping.
This may change in the future at our discretion.
11. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to refuse orders for locations that fall under:
- Dangerous or restricted zones
- Remote areas with limited courier access
- Pincodes frequently involved in delivery fraud
12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must ensure:
- Correct address
- Active phone number
- Availability to receive delivery
- Proper coordination with courier personnel
Failure to do so may result in RTO, additional charges, or cancellation.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Namika Creations will not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events outside our control including:
- Natural disasters
- War, riots, strikes
- Government restrictions
- Courier shutdowns
- Internet failure

15. JURISDICTION
